What Are The Best Love Songs Ever?

If you’re planning to organise mobile disco hire in Kent for your wedding, or maybe to help you celebrate another special occasion like a wedding anniversary, you’ll need to think about some of the songs you’d like to ask your DJ to play.

Good Housekeeping recently picked out some of the greatest love songs of all time – see if you agree with their choices and maybe want to include any in your playlist.

At the top of the list is I Will Always Love You, originally a Dolly Parton classic and later made famous again by Whitney Houston when she covered it for the film The Bodyguard.

Another classic that makes it onto the list is Frank Sinatra’s L.O.V.E. But not all the tunes picked out by the publication are old classics, among the modern tunes to get a mention are All of Me by John Legend and Always Remember Us This Way by Lady Gaga.

Of course, there’s an Ed Sheeran song on the list, with Good Housekeeping choosing Thinking Out Loud.

There are some suggestions like Aerosmith’s I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing, for anyone who would prefer a rock vibe.

Heart recently shared the findings of a poll by hen and stag company chillisauce, which listed the top wedding songs of 2019.

A Thousand Years by Christina Perri topped the list, with Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran in at number two when it came to songs played at the ceremony.

For a couple’s first dance, Ed Sheeran’s Perfect was at the top of the list, followed by Rewrite the Stars by Zac Effron and Zendaya.
